In an effort to build on the achievements of the past seven years, the Commission has developed its second five-year Strategic Plan.
The plan, for the period 2019 – 2023, articulates the vision, mission, core values and the strategies that will guide the Commission towards realisation of its mandate for the next five years. The plan is aligned to Kenya’s Vision 2030, the Third Medium Term Plan, the Big Four Agenda and various government policy documents.
In developing the Strategy, the Commission employed a consultative and participatory approach that culminated in a stakeholders’ validation workshop.
The Plan is set to be launched in a ceremony to be held in Nairobi on Thursday, 13th February, 2020, from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon. The occasion will be presided over by Hon. Justin Muturi, Speaker of the National Assembly.
