A student who had his graduation held up because of missing results finally found justice after the Commission intervened.
Mr. Lazarus Awala Asewe had his 2015 results for 5th year semester one missing and after unsuccessful attempts to have the Technical University of Mombasa remedy the situation, he approached the Commission and the matter was resolved.
Mr Asewe expressed his gratitude for the Commission’s intervention.
“The Commission was of great help in making follow up with the Technical University of Mombasa…This delay paralysed my graduation rendering me not able to showcase my study records to any would-be employer…I would recommend the Office of the Ombudsman in the solution of matters public administration. Thank you, ” he wrote in an appreciation email.
