The Commission and the Ministry for Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs, have undertaken to enhance collaboration and partnership in areas of performance contracting, promoting good governance and performance through Huduma Ombudsman Award. In this regard, the Commission and the Ministry will seek to continue transforming the public service with the aim of enhancing responsiveness and ensuring service delivery is quality and citizen-centered. This was the subject of discussion during a courtesy call on the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs Prof. Margaret Kobia by the commissioners led by the Chairperson, Hon. Florence Kajuju.
Also present during the meeting were the Principal Secretary for Public Service and Youth Dr. Francis Owino and his counterpart in charge of Gender Affairs Hon. Safina Kwekwe Tsungu.
