Mr. Ngaluma holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in strategic Management (University of Nairobi), and has over 20 years’ experience in public service.
Prior to his appointment, he had served as a Senior Deputy Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister. He has also served at the Provincial Administration raising through the ranks over the years to the position of Senior District Commissioner.
